The Daily High is a Workout of the Day (WOD) focusing on Strength, Cardio and Gymnastics.
The Daily High is perfect for those who want to workout, get fit and look great all in the comfort of their own home or gym. These workouts can be done with limited equipment, in very little space, and in a short time if necessary.
The Daily High is for anyone who:

DAILY HIGH
WHAT DO I NEED?
The Daily High can be done at home or in the gym with little to some equipment. In each video that is released on the private fb page giving demonstrations on each exercise, Cat will give you options to sub out exercises for other exercises or use other equipment.
You will need as a minimum:
* Resistance band(s)
* Weight - ball or sandbag
* Kettlebell
As you grow more confident you can start to add bits to your collection.
If you are doing this program in a gym you will be able to use the Barbells, Dumbbells and weights objects in the gym such as wall balls, deadfalls, rower, treadmill etc.
