I LOVE the feeling that exercise gives me. I am obsessed with feeling strong and my passion is helping others find that feeling. 


I am a self confessed fitness addict and I love anything that pushes me beyond my mental limits. Some personal achievements of mine include:

  • Summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania
  • Trekking to Mt Everest Base Camp, Nepal

  • Coming in the top 300 fittest people in Australia in the Crossfit Open 2019

Fitness to me is more than just looking good, its about feeling good. I encourage all my clients to push themselves out of their comfort zone and realise their full potential.
