Cat has an impressive background as a personal trainer, working with a diverse range of clients, including TV reality stars and personalities, high-profile business and media figures, cancer patients, individuals with neurological conditions affecting movement, clients recovering from injuries, and postpartum mothers.
In addition to her one-on-one training, Cat has collaborated with researchers studying exercise for cancer patients, trained and led groups on expeditions to Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Everest, and worked with hundred of clients both in person and online. Her approach has always been highly individualized, adapting each session to meet her clients' unique needs. With years of experience and expertise, she believes that a great trainer combines technical knowledge with personal understanding of fitness and health.
Since stepping away from professional training, Cat has taken on the multifaceted role of being a full-time stay-at-home mom to two young children while also managing business operations for her husband’s company. In addition to her responsibilities at home and work, she is pursuing further education, studying both a Bachelor of Medical Science at University as well as recently completing a Diploma in Project Management. Despite the demands of motherhood, she prioritises her own fitness, starting her day with a 5 am workout. She recognises that exercise is vital not only for physical health but also for mental well-being.
Motivated by her passion for fitness and her own experiences as a mother, Cat launched a YouTube channel to help other mums stay active. She understands how difficult it can be to find time for the gym and is committed to providing free workout videos that make fitness accessible to all mums. For Cat, staying fit is essential for both physical and mental health, especially in the journey of motherhood.
